Dancing and other body practices to take care of yourself
By using mental images and the beat of music, we will focus on our body and the bodies of others: in pairs, individually and in groups.

"I propose to focus on the points that support our bodies, about how to release unnecessary tension in the muscles and how to relax, entrusting your weight to gravity. Thinking about about the space, time, and place we are in, we will find ourselves in the "now" and our collabrative dance will be the "here".
